I belive good design should help the people using it and the business behind it at the same time. If it only serves one side, it isn’t finished.
I dig past the first answer to the real problem, then design from the insight rather than the assumption. Research is where the good decisions come from.
Inclusive and accessible isn’t something I bolt on at the end, it’s where I start. The goal is interactions that work for as many people as possible.
The sharpest ideas come from teams. I do my best work collaborating, learning from people with different strengths and perspectives.
That turned into a real interest in design in high school, when I started my own jewellery company through the UF entrepreneurship programme and won an entrepreneurship scholarship for it. Designing the marketing and building the website was the first time I realised how much I enjoyed design and digital creation.
It led me to the Digital Design & Innovation programme at Halmstad University, where I have finished my degree in informatics and where I found that what I really love is the full process, research, sketching, prototyping and testing. I enjoy working with people and I am eager to learn from others.
On my own initiative I took on an internship at Oican, improving their webshop through a UX-focused project, removing pain points and making the shopping experience more consistent. I ran an expert review, identified the key pain points, and validated them with client feedback and customer data from a survey and Hotjar.

A UX and interaction design programme combining UX, IT and communication, built around real design briefs from companies, the public sector and research projects. My bachelor thesis explored how proactive AI should be designed to support creativity in innovation workshops.
